They don ’ t answer the phone in ANY country they have a number for. Using windows 10 have tried 3 different computers as per tech support recommendation, first purchase had the wrong key codes, sent back received another. My computer is more than capable, but for some reason I can only record about a half hour of video at a time and then the recording stops. Trouble with the disk included with product, took a while to connect with customer service but got the download to work. Video quality is ok, but the audio is badly distorted. I sent it back but never received my refund. After several trying attempts they sent me a link to download the “ correct ” software. Works fine in easy mode however advanced is a bit confusing, major problem in advanced mode after burning it won't self boot, no satisfaction from product manufacture or Best Buy Video transfers are inconsistent and troublesome, very frustrating editing together multiple tapes.
